NFL Week 14 Recap

Week 14 started out with a boring game on Thursday night between the Browns and the Steelers and ended with an even harder game to watch on Monday night.  Luckily there was plenty of excitement on Sunday as the playoff picture begins to get a bit more clear.  The Packers blew another team out, the Colts got blown out and Tebow Mania has grown even larger - business as usual in week 14 thus this weeks recap.

You would be hard pressed to find anything shorter then a sports fans memory.  There is no denying that this ride that Tim Tebow has taken the NFL and its fans on over the last two months is exciting and must see TV.  What is surprising is that football fans don't remember another former college standout quarterback took us on this same ride just recently, not once, but twice.  Every time I turn on the TV or the radio, I hear another fan saying I have never seen anything like this before, and all I can think is how quickly we forget.  So no one remembers another quarterback who came into the league with great fanfare but experts questioned his throwing mechanics just a few years back?  A quarterback who always seemed to win even though his numbers always looked terrible?  Nobody remembers watching this guy put together comeback after comeback in games that they said his team couldn't win?  Are you telling me that all these people who say "They have never seen anything like this" don't remember Vince Young?  Read More ...

NFL Week 13 Recap

The last month of the year is finally here and that means two things, holidays and meaningful football.  Every NFL team has a lot to be thankful for.  Some teams should be happy for their health, some for the terrible division they play in and some should just happy the season is almost over.  With four weeks left in the regular season, most teams still have hopes of making the playoffs while some look like they are going out of their way to make sure they miss them.  I present to you the week 13 recap.  Read More ...

NFL Week 10 Recap

After 10 weeks of football, I am noticing that there are three things that are going to happen every week and this week was business as usual.  Number one is the Colts are going to lose, check.  Number two is the Packers are going to win, check, and number three is that anytime you are ready to call a team elite, they will show you they are not.  Week 10 gave us big upsets, season-changing injuries, and numbers that you just don't see every week.  Now the moment we have all been waiting for, the week 10 recap.  Read More ...

Interesting blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it
from somewhere? A theme like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog shine.
Please let me know where you got your theme. Thanks a lot
